Delete your data

Unbend and Hush don’t require an Strateal account. They store preferences on your device, along with routine history in Unbend. We cannot remotely clear data held only on your device.

• iPhone or iPad: delete the app using “Delete App”. “Offload App” preserves documents and data, so it is not sufficient to clear local app data.
• Android: open your device settings, select the app, and clear its storage, or uninstall it.
• Backups: manage any app data saved in iCloud, Google, or other device backups separately. Restoring a backup may restore local data.

To request deletion of support correspondence or app purchase identifiers processed on our behalf, email hello@strateal.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the app name and the email address you used to contact us. If your request concerns a purchase, include an order reference or app user ID if available.

We may request limited additional information to find the relevant records and verify the request. Do not send a password or full payment-card number. A request can cover some information or all eligible personal data we hold about you.

We normally respond within one month. We will explain any legally permitted extension within that period. Where applicable, we also instruct our processors, including RevenueCat, to act on an eligible request.

Deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Unbend Pro through your Apple or Google subscription settings to stop renewal. See subscription support.

Deleting a purchase identifier may affect our ability to recognise paid access. A later restore or app launch may create new records needed to validate your purchase. Apple and Google maintain their own payment and account records; requests about those records must be made to the relevant store.

We may retain information required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, for as long as that purpose or the law requires. We will explain any relevant exception when responding. See our retention policy.
