Strateal Oy (Business ID 1821241-5, Finland) provides this website and the Unbend and Hush apps. You can contact us at hello@strateal.com. These terms apply to your use of those services. Purchase-specific information shown by your app store at checkout also applies.

Tokenforest has separate terms of service. Nothing on this company website replaces those terms.

You must be legally able to enter the relevant purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or guardian. The applicable store’s age and account requirements also apply.

Subject to these terms and the applicable store rules, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use our apps on devices you own or control. You may use free features without buying an upgrade.

Do not redistribute or resell our software or sound files, interfere with the services, bypass purchase controls, or use the services unlawfully. Restrictions on copying, modification, and reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law; statutory rights are preserved.

Our software, designs, text, and audio are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licences.

Unbend offers optional Pro subscriptions. The available plan, local price, billing period, included features, and any trial or introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store in time to avoid renewal. Follow the cancellation deadline shown by your store; for Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If a trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription unless cancelled before the stated deadline.

Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Cancellation normally leaves paid access available until the end of the current paid period, subject to the store’s rules. Deleting the app or requesting data deletion does not cancel a subscription.

Hush Plus is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for the paid content identified at checkout. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. The price is shown in your store’s local currency before purchase.

You can restore an eligible purchase using the same store account on a supported device. Purchases are tied to the store where they were made; access does not automatically transfer between Apple and Google. Family Sharing is available only where the product and store explicitly support it.

A lifetime unlock means the purchased entitlement has no recurring fee or preset expiry. It is not a promise that every future product will be included or that every future operating system will be supported. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Apple App Store or Google Play processes mobile purchases. Their payment, renewal, and refund procedures apply. We do not receive full payment-card details. RevenueCat helps us validate and restore access.

You may request a refund using Apple’s refund service or Google Play’s refund process. You can also contact us about a purchase problem. Store procedures do not remove mandatory rights you have against us.

EEA consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to the rules for digital content and services. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost only if you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of the right, with the required confirmation. Different rules apply to digital services. We do not treat merely downloading or opening an app as a waiver.

Unbend provides general movement guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent a medical condition and is not a substitute for individual medical advice. Choose movements appropriate to your circumstances, stop if you experience pain or dizziness, and seek professional advice if you have an injury, medical condition, or uncertainty about an exercise.

Hush provides sound playback for general relaxation and focus. It is not a medical device or treatment for sleep disorders or hearing conditions. Use a comfortable volume, avoid prolonged loud listening, and keep devices and audio equipment safely away from infants and children. Sleep and focus outcomes are not guaranteed.

Features and compatibility may change as we maintain our apps. We provide updates, including security updates, as required by applicable law. Install available updates to help keep the app working correctly and securely.

We may change a digital service beyond what is necessary to maintain conformity only where the contract and applicable law permit it, for a valid reason such as security, legal compliance, or technical compatibility. We will provide required notice, and any applicable right to terminate, if a change negatively affects your access or use beyond a minor extent.

Products marked “In development” are not a commitment to a particular release date or feature set. A one-time purchase or subscription does not remove your rights if paid digital content or services are defective or not supplied.

We are responsible for supplying digital content and services that conform to the contract and applicable law. If something is wrong, contact us so we can investigate. Available remedies may include bringing the service into conformity, a price reduction, or termination and a refund where the law provides for them.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of other wording in these terms.

For iOS apps, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement applies unless a valid custom licence is supplied with the app. These terms supplement it with service and purchase information; the applicable licence and mandatory law govern in the event of conflict.

Apple is not responsible for providing app maintenance or support. Strateal Oy is responsible for its apps and related support. Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google’s applicable terms.

Read our privacy policy and the policy for your app to understand how data is handled. You can stop using an app at any time. See data deletion for instructions on removing local data and requesting deletion of information held by us.

We may restrict access where necessary to address unlawful use, fraud, or a serious breach, proportionately and subject to mandatory consumer rights. Where practicable and legally appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the problem.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer habitually resident elsewhere, you also retain the mandatory protections of the law applicable to you. Nothing requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively in Finland where applicable law provides otherwise.

Please contact us first about complaints. Finnish consumers can seek help from Consumer Advisory Services and refer an unresolved dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board. You may also use your local consumer authority or competent court.

We may update these terms for legal, technical, or product reasons. The effective date appears above. For material changes affecting an existing service, we will give you the notice and choices required by law. Updated terms do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
