Tell us which app you’re using, your device model and operating system, and what went wrong. Include a screenshot or steps to reproduce the problem if you can. Leave out passwords, payment-card details, and sensitive personal information.

Restore a purchase
Open the app’s upgrade screen or settings and choose “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase, and make sure your device is online.
Store purchases do not automatically transfer between iOS and Android. If access is still missing, email us with the app name and your store order reference. Do not send full payment-card details.
Manage a subscription
Manage Unbend Pro through the store where you subscribed:
Hush Plus is a one-time purchase. It does not renew automatically. Deleting an app does not cancel an active subscription.
Request a refund
Use Apple’s refund service or Google Play’s refund process for store purchases. If you need our help with a defective purchase or an unresolved issue, contact us. Your statutory consumer rights remain available.
